Lindsay Lohan parties hard...
I know Lindsay Lohan is on probation. In fact if she takes one misstep she will go to jail. The question I have is that since she was arrested on drunk driving and cocaine convictions how can she still drink (allegedly) and use drugs (allegedly)? I know they have to be drug testing her, right?
