Radiohead's "House of Cards" Video in Lego

This is a time-lapse Lego visualisation of Radiohead's House of Cards video that has gotten a lot of play in the blogosphere because of its ground-breaking execution where no cameras or lights were used. I love the music but I don't know what to think about this Lego rendition because I am not a fan of anything Lego. Check out the original House of Cards vid below the Lego rendition.

Radiohead's 3-D Music Video Done Without Cameras

The band Radiohead made a music video for their House of Cards song without the use of cameras. Instead, they used something called Geometrics Informatics and Velodyne Lidar. Pitchfork says that, "The Geometric Informatics scanning system employs structured light to capture detailed 3D images at close proximity, and was used to render the performances of Radiohead's Thom Yorke, the female lead, and several partygoers. The Velodyne Lidar system uses multiple lasers to capture large environments in 3D, in this case 64 lasers rotating and shooting in a 360 degree radius 900 times per minute, capturing all of the exterior scenes and wide party shots."
